We strongly recommend you connect your email and calendar to take full advantage of Klipy’s features.
Our philosophy on synchronization
Klipy’s fundamental concept was to build a CRM ecosystem with virtual assistants to manage every single manual entry and ensure data quality by doing so.
The main frustration of every team and organization using a CRM comes from two scenarios:
- Missing CRM entries
- Incomplete or outdated CRM entries
We believe we can eliminate these issues by automatically recording and sharing information.
The power of Klipy’s email synchronization
When you connect your email and calendar, Klipy will automatically create a Person
and Company
record for each person and company you receive important emails or meeting invitations from. Klipy will then enrich these records using data from curated databases and public sources.
Next, Klipy will summarize the conversation and log it as an Interaction
under the corresponding Person
record. Each Interaction
summary includes potential action items, either requested by the person or suggested to help move the deal forward. You can choose to create a Follow-up
to remind yourself to complete these action items.
All records are automatically linked. This provides a complete, centralized view of all your contacts and interactions with each company. You’ll also have access to your team’s entire interaction history with every company and individual over time.
Connecting your email and calendar
If you haven’t connected your email and calendar during onboarding, you can access and enable this feature by going to Settings
> Connect Account
.
Select either Connect Google Account
or Connect Microsoft account
