Sync your email
Learn how to set up automatic email and calendar synchronization in Klipy
We strongly recommend you connect your email and calendar to take full advantage of Klipy’s features.
Before you start
Before you start, make sure you have:
- A Klipy account
- Access to your email and calendar account
- Expected setup time: 1-2 minutes

Using other email provider?
Let us know which one you use
Step 1: Navigate to sales inbox settings page
Go to Settings -> Sales Inbox (or click this link to go directly).
Step 2: Choose your email provider
Click on the provider you want to connect.
Step 3: Authorize Klipy to access your email
- You will see a popup redirecting you to your email provider’s login page.
- Sign in with your work email if you are not already logged in.
- Follow the authentication process. Review the permissions Klipy is requesting, and click Allow.
- Popup will close automatically after authorization.
If you don’t see the permissions prompt, check if your browser is blocking pop-ups.
What happens next?
With your email synchronized with Klipy, whenever a new email or meeting is received, Klipy will:
- Create
Person
andCompany
records from your emails and meetings - Generate
Interaction
summaries from your conversations - Identify action items from your communications
- Link all related records automatically
