By default, you can only connect one email inbox per Klipy account. This is because Klipy learns from your email patterns to better understand your business, customers, and your sales processes.

You have two options to handle multiple email accounts:

1. Create additional Klipy accounts

  • Sign up for a new Klipy account for each additional inbox
  • Connect one email inbox per account
  • Each account requires a separate subscription

2. Set up email forwarding

  • Forward emails from secondary accounts to your main inbox
  • Connect your main inbox to Klipy
