Mailroom is at the heart of Klipy’s design, providing a fully automated single source of truth.

By syncing your inbox and calendar, Klipy automatically analyzes and sorts incoming emails. It also organizes them with tags and summaries that you can use to make better business decisions every day.

Detecting important emails

Klipy Mailroom identifies important conversations by analyzing incoming emails in the same way a human sales assistant would.

1

Sender filter

Klipy first analyzes the sender’s email address to identify common signs of automated emails, like those from ‘noreply’ or ‘notification’ addresses. The system ignores emails filtered as spam by the email provider.

2

Email classification

It then examines the email’s raw structure and any privacy-protected content to decide if a real person likely wrote it.

3

Sentiment analysis

Next, Klipy analyzes the email’s tone and context to find any signs of ongoing sales activity or the sender’s interest in making a purchase.

Labeling priority emails

We currently support email auto-labeling for Gmail users only due to Outlook’s limitations.

Based on the routing results, Klipy automatically labels important emails, making it easier to organize and quickly access critical conversations.

Summarizing key insights

All key sales-related conversations will be automatically summarized and saved in Klipy as Interaction.

The summary includes:

  • General overview of the situation and the current conversation.
  • Key positive signals to build on in future interactions.
  • Potential objections and concerns to address promptly.
  • Suggested action items to follow up or act on.
  • Estimated deal stage based on the conversation history.

Viewing real-time updates

Whenever Klipy creates a new interaction summary, the Last engaged status is updated in real time for everyone on the team. This status will be visible on all related record pages, including People, Companies, and Deals.

You can view the summary on any related record pages or on the home page.

By default, Klipy does not share the entire email with the team. Instead, it only shares the summary, ensuring transparency while maintaining privacy.

Setting up mailroom
