We’re a small, Hong Kong based team that’s passionate about making Klipy the best CRM for you and your team.
Because we are based in Hong Kong, we might not always be available during your working hours.
When our team is generally available:
- Hong Kong (HKT): 6 AM - 8 PM
- London (GMT): 11 PM - 12 NN
- New York (EST): 5 PM - 7 AM
- Los Angeles (PST): 2 PM - 4 AM
- Sydney (AEST): 8 AM - 10 PM
Our Slack community is active across multiple time zones, so you can often get help outside our core hours.

Need help while using Klipy? You can use our in-app feedback system.
You can quickly access the feedback system available from every page in Klipy.
On the sidebar
Hover over the Help & Support button on the bottom left corner and select Send Feedback.
On the navigation bar
Click the rightmost icon on the navigation bar on the top right corner.
In the settings page
Go to Settings -> Feedbacks or click this link.
Using the feedback dialog
Choose the type of feedback (Feedback
or Bug
) and fill in the details.
We will read through every feedback and reach out to you by email if we need additional information.
